Story & history

The noodle bowl that brings Fangcheng together

Fangcheng’s goat-and-wheat noodle soup has a life beyond the bowl: the county held its third Hui Mian Culture and Tourism Festival in 2024. Nine local shops demonstrated their craft, seven packaged noodle products were presented, and people from Fangcheng living elsewhere joined the gathering.
